Where are you products made?
Designed in Tennessee, crafted in Portugal. Our sneakers are made in a factory that prioritizes renewable energy and ethical production, ensuring every step is as responsible as it is stylish.
How do I care for my sneakers?
Keep your IVEES looking fresh with a soft cloth, mild soap, and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals and machine washing to maintain their quality. And don’t forget to use your dust bag—it’s your sneakers’ best travel companion, keeping them protected wherever you go.
Are IVEES true to size?
Yes! IVEES are designed to fit true to size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the perfect fit.
What size should I order?
Our footwear is crafted according to European sizing. Use the Size Guide to convert to US sizing.
Some shoes are are only available in full sizes. Because we add extra padding in the heel for comfort, size up the nearest whole size if needed.
Width can be adjusted by tightening/loosening the laces.
What are the materials IVEES use in its products?
Every pair is crafted with consciously chosen materials, including sustainably sourced leathers, organic cotton laces, natural rubber soles, and plant-based biofoam insoles. No compromises—just premium materials designed for both comfort and sustainability.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely. Our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials because looking cute shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I track my order?
Of course. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your IVEES as they make their way to you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, reach out to us ASAP. We’ll do our best to accommodate if your order hasn’t already shipped!
Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical store. We are an online-only retailer, focusing on providing you with a wide selection of products directly through our website. If you have any questions about products or need assistance, our customer service team is available to help. You can contact us by submitting a request on our website or via email.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. We also offer the following expedited services for orders within the U.S.:
- UPS Ground: Free for orders over $100. $10 flat rate for orders under $100.
- UPS 2nd Day: Available for a flat rate of $20 per order for orders within the U.S. Orders will be delivered on the 2nd business day for orders placed before 12pm EST.
- UPS Next Day: Available for a flat rate of $40 per order for orders within the U.S. Orders will be delivered the next business day for orders placed before 12pm EST.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with any IVEES purchase, you may return unworn items with their tags still attached within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right not to refund any items returned to us that are damaged or show signs of wear. We will not return damaged or worn items to the customer if they are returned to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Can I make an exchange?
We do not currently offer exchanges at this time. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at support@wearivees.com.
When will I be refunded?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
